Couple of years back I visited Hanoi, Vietnam, during my stay over I didn't even see a single fattie there.

Swing by Kuala Lumpur it's a whole different senario....fatties queuing up at Starbucks, McDonald's etc.

I had a similar expirience on my 2 week tour of Israel. Not one fattie!!!:D
