ive been down this road before i dealt with it wrongly last time after really ramping up her communication over a period of two weeks she filmed a 10 second video saying she missed me

and i cracked and offered to meet up ,

women in the uk are world renound for their ugliness as well as their gross out of shape bodies due to a massive binge drinking culture. and alpha and beta is scientific terminology applicable to human beings. so stop being such a beta. you should be reported to the beta police for crying when someone doesnt agree with you. when everyone here is saying stop wasting your time and energy with your EX and be a better man and move onward and upward and you dont take heed to that advice then basicallly you are proving that your mind isnt elevated or ready yet for real development. it is in a state of retardation and will continue to go down that path unless you actually open your mind and listen.
