"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I'll be candid. I'm 30. My career has taken off and I fear my time now is spent on that instead of searching for a viable companion. Settling has started to look like a more viable option these days due to the type of women I've been meeting. But even the girls I typically don't go for have been questioning my motives. I don't like putting all my cards on the table. So the girls I'm willing to give a chance are responding in a "too good to be true" kinda mentality and think I'm insincere. I drive a nice car, and live in a very nice apartment. So it's ironically playing against me. It was proven to me recently when I played a board game with random people that had to do with guessing something about someone and majority voted that I looked like a player. It's not exactly the image I want to put out there but I don't know how to stop that. It's who I am, or look like I suppose.

Randoms at the bar absolutely don't do anything for me anymore. Only a showstopper girl who has substance does it for me. I've been around the block more than a few times and don't need to **** ugly chicks to feel good about myself.

Ya'll feel me?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Tell us what your career is. It would give us a better picture. How much did you make in FY 2016? How much do you expect to make in FY 2017?

Everyone that wins the lotto has to look at their ticket several times to verify they have the winning ticket. It's just unbelievable to some. As far as the player comment, it just verifies you're at least in the game. Most sit the bench or don't even make the team. The "player" comments are just being thrown out there to get you to reveal why you are in the game. A true "player" is in it for the pvssy alone. A "pimp" is in it for the money alone. A "mack" is in it to come up. He may be in it for sexual, emotional or financial gratification or all of the above. The same three reasons a women enters a relationship with a man. Know what you need, then what you want and float the whole spectrum. Very few women can provide all three requirements in one human package. That is why a "good" Ltr is hard to come by. It's a tall order to fill. Manage balancing it out between several women if you have to, before settling and until you meet the total package.

And realize your prize is a stinking hole that will take half your money and alimony and child support. Is any girls pu$$y actually special? No.

I won't fvck a stinking hole for starts and I make damn sure I'm fresh and clean myself. And second, wear a fvcking condom, get a vasectomy, pull out or all of the above if you're that scared. Get some faith and go to church if you're scared. You've got to pay to play. Stop hating the players and start hating the game. In particular, your game first.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

How come you can't show the girls face in your picture?

All vaginas are stinking holes. Even the "freshest" of them.

It was an ex and I don't normally run around snapping pics and I thought it was the best representation of me out of the half dozen pics I actually have of myself. I thought it a better compromise to respect her anonymity, while being able to show who I am at the same time.
And I enjoy the smell of "fresh" vagina myself. The beard ain't just for show my friend.

Right there with ya man. Just turned 30 this year myself.

Keep moving forward, keep focusing on yourself. Get more involved in the community (i.e. Join a softball league, volunteer, etc) something that you enjoy doing. Surround yourself with like minded people. As Corey Wayne suggests, "like attracts like."

The whole player vibe just means you carry yourself well. Keep doing what you're doing. Sounds ridiculously cliche, but for real. Find something you're passionate about. You'll know something good when it comes along.

Yea I need to do stuff like that. Unfortunately I work odd hours that keep me busy during the day even on weekends. I'll need to figure out how to make time for extracurricular activities.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Don't settle. It's probably the worst thing you could possibly do and you'll end up resenting her for it, if you're not head over heels. You're young, have a nice career, and you sound clear headed. Keep your options open and spin plates. You're just coming into your prime, enjoy the bachelor life son.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I can't tell you how many times I've felt I am past my prime. I def look and feel older and realize I can't exactly do what I could at 20. But I also realize there are some things that I can do now that I couldn't do before like travel more, own better things, etc.
