"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I think if woman breaks up because of needy boyfriend, then nocontact ONLY works if she has no girlfriends or males/potential new boyfriends to spend time with. all she has to do is to go club twice and make out with some guys and she will forget about you. Sorry but I suggest you to forget about her too
I'm assuming you've never been in a long term relationship (4+ years) to claim making out with a couple guys is enough to forget but I found it very funny.

Agree with the rest, OP it's over and you should move on, focus on yourself and you hobbies, go out and meet people and find another couple of girls to keep you busy.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I'd argue that it's easier for men, we have too many options the only limiting factor is our efforts. Widely assumed is more like it

I agree but men have to take proper action to have many options while women just have to be to have many options

That's the difference. A man has to put in efforts. A women just has to sit there and let dudes come to them..lol Easier for men how? :D

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

We can switch partners easier depending on our efforts, women are limited by their market value and there are no guarantees that the people offering are worthwhile unless you think women choose every partner that comes along after a break up. I personally would rather go after what I want based on my requirements than waiting around hoping someone better or more suitable than my previous LTR will approach me. There is a lot of power in being able to choose to only have the highest quality partner than passively hoping such a high quality partner comes after you.

I disagree with you. Any decent looking chick can have a 100 penises to choose from in an hour..lol They basically sit back, let it come to them and simply choose whoever has the best package lol Just look at online dating.

I agree with you on going after what you want though. I'm in no rush and would never settle for anything less. It's not about trying to satisfy other people

Another thing is-- you're not gonna get the response you're looking for when you come on a forum and say "Hey I'm gonna use no contact to get my ex back!!" Sure, some may use that tactic and secretly hope their ex comes back. But if you come on here and tell people that's your motive for no contact, you'll get alot of heat for it.

Another reason you get heat for it is because you may end up waiting...and waiting....and waiting....and waiting.... and before you know it, she's married to somebody else. Not a good look for you. Just giving my 2 cents.
