Until about age 30, women prefer men slightly older than her. Afterwards she prefers them slightly younger. It looks like men hit the wall at about age 40!

As for as dudes go, they prefer young 20 somethings regardless of their age. no surprise there.

Haven't dated a girl over 34 ever, to the exclusion of several who lied about their age. I date 8-20 years younger, so I would lend no credence to studies lacking how such data was extrapolated (and simply not by baldly alleging "preference").

A distinction also has to be made between looking older with deteriorating looks vs. looking older with impeccable looks.

Did you read the comments at the end? One woman claimed to be a hot 21 year old screaming all in CAPS about how she can't stand being hit on by older men. Sorry, honey, but hot 21 year old women are too busy taking money from older men to be "on OkCupid just for kicks" and online blogging about how much they hate it. No, this sounds like a fat, middle aged woman pretending to be a hot 21 year old woman:

I like that graph in there that shows the women than men find most attractive by age. It never varies, and never goes beyond the 20-24 age range. As the article states, it's not really a graph, just a table with a couple of columns in it.
