Do you care about a woman's status at all?

Simple question, is there any kind of status that a girl can have that you care about, whether positively or negatively.

I'm not a hardcore gamer so I'm probably not the right person to ask. I'm uninterested in 99% of most games anyway. Virtual reality is still using its first generation technology, so the gameplay can be somewhat limited when compared to two dimensions. Even so, I think the immersive experience makes up for it.
