A lot of women I hear refuse to date men that meet men, give them their number, the guy calls her...makes plans, and flakes.

He calls back 6 months later, pretending nothing ever happened...as if their conversation took place a few days ago.

Men rarely flake on dates.

At worst, a guy might get a number and not call her. He got busy or cold feet. Then he might call much later. I agree that it's weird to get a number, go ghost, and call her eight weeks later like it was yesterday lol.
