So, you literrally verbally told a MILF (in her 40s), i just "wana have a good time with you"

is it typically upto her to reciprocate and say something like "Ok, lets go back to my place" or something of that nature? tnx

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

If she is interested yes. If she isn't, she will make excuses for why you two can't or won't have sechs.

You're not being playful enough. Even the small amount of text you wrote comes across as creepy.

you shouldn't say that unless it's relevant to the conversation at hand.

that being said, if she likes you she won't have a problem with it, if she doesn't like you she will, her exact reaction depends on how much she likes you and her personality. but as a general rule, a serious no means you're barking up the wrong tree, but a playful no/maybe is okay

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
