"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

You know what? Most of the time the women that I scored dates with were ones that didn't have this long list of dating criteria that you see online. Most I've met in person (sometimes Online)

But..the women who were interested me, when asked what they were looking for in a man...they'd be like, "Well, I don't really have a type." or they give the basics like, "Respectful, kind, funny..." the kind of things we enjoy in friendship or people in general.

They give no specifics. But most times, these women you don't see them online either.

But it is kind of surprising when you a here of women that weren't as discriminating when they dated. I knew of a rather attractive women that dated all "types", be it chubby, dorky looking, skinny (no muscles), even the well fit. They didn't discriminate beyond that of decent hygiene.

They are harder to find of course.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Women with a lot of criteria don't know what they'd really appreciate, attraction doesn't work like that. Women without specific criteria doesn't know either, the difference is they don't bullsh!t themselves. The basic stuff is what everyone wants in any type of relation as you mention.

This applies to men as well. I didn't know how my girlfriend would be beyond the basic stuff until I met her and got to know her. Still difficult to really describe specifically what I like about her, it's just her personality but that doesn't really say much to anyone else.

Depends on how badly a woman wants to be with someone. I was less picky when I was younger too. I was just happy to get attention from a girl, even if she was average. Today I wouldn't touch an average girl.

There is a ratio related to desperation and standards. Obviously the more desperate you are the lower your standards get.

Yeah, like one time I was trying to get a gauge on her superficiality levels. It isn't all that high, because I had asked her does she have any kind of celebrity crush? She said, "Well, as I had said before (yes she did say before)...I don't really care that much about looks, but if I had to pick...I'd pick that guy from that movie (she didn't know the name of the actor, but I knew who she was talking about).

When she prefaced her answer with, "I don't care about looks" that's all I needed to know right there. You could say she was probably average looking to some men. Kind of built like Olive Oil, but looked great in a bikini ...very slender physique and fair skin (early 30s)

I had one woman, that told me outright she doesn't care one iota about looks...and she was pretty cute herself.
