I don't drink or do any drugs either. It's literally just an excuse so that you can have something to blame if you do stupid things, or rather what people think others consider is stupid. It's really all just about how you carry yourself when you do those things to be honest though.

If you're at a party or something, just have a drink in your hand. Doesn't matter what's in it.

If you're out with a plate, can you order a light beer and just sip it? I don't really drink, so that's what I do.

I don't drink either but when I go out I just tell girls (or whoever) I'm the designated driver, because it's usually true, but then again I'm usually with a few buddy's and not going to bars/parties alone.
