sure there's lots of dumb black people, but you meet all those people in the hood, in the white hoods there's a **** load of dumb white people, the difference is that black hoods are in like, inner cities which is within the traveling distance of millions of people rather than a trailer park in the middle of bumfvck that no one will go to.
