I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Honestly I'm just tired. I'm tired of going to clubs and bars that I don't have fun at. I'm tired of dating women who don't treat me threat that I deserve. I'm tired of going to parties looking for a woman. I'm tired of how bad this market is. And I'm tire of thinking about some young woman that I don't even have sexual feelings for.

Depends on the definition of "top notch" i guess. Because i could go out and sponge off some codependent woman if i wanted to (have actually had the chance) but i find that girls with a bit of ambition and drive in life generally want the same in a partner

Maybe taking a break from girls could be an option, get back in touch with YOU, your aims, goals, passions.
When i see people with your mindset that's usually whats gone wrong, and once you sort that out and get on track women usually become easier. If you are looking at game as a chire, somethings gone wrong.

A woman of at least "decent enough" quality is one I define as:
- Having looks that's at least a 6 - 7
- Good finances/Education/Career
- Decent Personality/Attitude

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I have been on a semi break. I did go on one date a few weeks ago, but outside of that I've been focused on my projects and improving my craft as an actor. Bummer is that there are a lot of women who act. I mean my new scene partner is a Lakers dancer.
