They have to go unlock the cabinets of tasers and riot gear, and get dressed up. Then they form a little team and go in like they have been trained to do. It takes a few minutes to happen.

Super max here looks like this (well it would be 5th level, death row, since death penalty is abolished, life in prison, after 25 years prisoners have right for an appeal hearing):

Before 5th level there is 4th, 3rd, 2nd, with each level security is lowered. Last year my buddy got a 2 year sentence for his repeated traffic accident, he drove over a woman, no one died, but she was hurt bad, plus drugs showed in his blood. Basically the guy asked for hard time in maximum security, because regular time in regular prison = is a lot of trouble.

Trouble in prison is always from gangs and mafia. Western prisons might look like hotel compared to ours, especially to 5th level prison like black dolphin (in this case there is no doubt about it) but no prison is a hotel by any means. Prison supposedly be a rehabilitation facility, but there is statistics which say otherwise.

In particular, if prisoner is released before his time due, because of an appeal or something, he is much less likely to commit crime again.
