Being in shape is what's important in terms of your body, that doesn't mean being jacked or shredded. Most guys I've seen or know that do really well with women are in shape, i.e. they look healthy. None of them are shredded buffed up to the point where they have women doing double takes at them when they walk by. They are simply guys that are "healthy".
