"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Athens is a lot like Auburn, Alabama. Go to a football game there if you ever get the chance.
Ironically, I met the girl from Athens when I was on a date with a girl from Auburn (though I haven't been there yet). I basically had to sacrifice her for the Athens girl but (now 3 months later) it was worth it. Hardly any women I meet in Atlanta really live there. I live in Duluth which kind of sucks. The only girls you see are waitresses and it's obvious they have been hit on to death by lonely, middle aged men.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

She probably taught you about "War Eagle" versus "Roll Tide." Everyone in the state of Alabama stands on one side of that argument or the other.

I see what you mean. When I first moved to Atlanta one year ago I asked the waitress whether they were having a group discount on frumpy people.
It's like that everywhere.

Alabama women have the sexiest accents (to a man from Boston anyway). I once hung out with a stripper and waitress from Alabama and paid them just to talk to each other.

Just had a date in Athens and I couldn't believe how many beautiful women I saw there (University of Georgia).
You must be comparing Athens to a small town full of old people because I can tell you that Oxford, Tempe, Isla Vista, Tallahassee, and many other cities have way more attractive women. Either that or you have low standards because I have friends that recently graduated from there a year ago, all I hear is that the quality keeps on declining more and more and more every single year as they raise the admission standards.

Low standards? My date in Athens was a 26 year old bikini model, and I'm 45. Granted, youth and beauty are sort of interchangeable at my age. But consider that my date was 13 minutes late and I had already spent 10 minutes talking to another beautiful girl (age 21) by the time she arrived.

I saw no less than 60 pretty girls around age 20 during my 3 hours in Athens.

I've lived in 25 cities including Boston, New York, Orlando, Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Jose, Tulsa and Atlanta but never Oxford, Tempe, Isla Vista or Tallahassee.

And sorry, but asking college aged men what they think of college women is like asking them what they think of home ownership, the stock market.

Bold = /thread. You probably like the state because you're doing well in it but it is otherwise a terrible state in terms of women.

Not college aged at all here, I am nearing my 30s.

No less than 60? I find that very hard to believe or your standards are extremely low. I have been there and compared to other cities I've been to, the quality is horrible. You get some sorority sisters that look good but the quality of women outside of UGA itself is bad, really bad. I am talking overweight trailer trash and ghetto ratchet bad.

Just ask any guy that has goes there now, admission standards are so high that it is hard for your typical hottie to get in these days since hot girls rarely care that much about grades and test scores.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
