Gf going on vacation with an Ex?

My gf of 2 months ( still new ) is currently on a europe trip with her ex who happens to live in Germany.

She dated him in the past when he came backpacking over here (australia) for a year then he went back so they broke it off due to ldr not going to work.

However they planned a europe trip when they were together ages ago and booked flights and accom when they were still together, so now there she is spending time with the guy.

I have spoken to her before she left and told her that I don't like the idea that she is going to spend time with her ex, she said that she will come back to me, but she cant promise anything wont happen there.

So if you guys are in my situation, what would you do?

This one does not respect you. That is why you get trip cancelation insurance. Her saying she cant guarantee anything wont happen is her way of saying it is going to happen but justifying it with at least she is coming back to you. Think she would mind you having sex every day with another girl while she is gone? Dump this one and get a girl who respects you.

You know and this could be a good thing! If he's gonna have plates anyway he can let her know his comings and goings. And perhaps in this mad chaotic world they can have an equilibrium. I don't believe in "tit for tat", but I do believe he needs to line up a similar expedition of his own and not be butt hurt.
