"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Imagine a person with a very awful and nasty voice is trying to sing a song. No matter how much he tries to 'hold the frame' I have a beautiful voice, No matter how strongly he is convinced of that frame:
People will think his voice is terrible.

Another example is an old ugly woman who tries to hold the frame that she is beautiful and attractive, does this change your perceptions?
No, you will still think she is ugly.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Yes, but there are also skillful singers with ugly voices. Even if you don't like hearing them, saying they can't sing only proves your ignorance.

Though not very common, there are older women that look more feminine and in better shape than any young average chick.

The singer frame is that he does not care about what other people think.
He enters relationships saying : "I sing like that. If you do not like it, you leave.".
That is holding frame.

Finding the correct frame that suits YOU is the job.

It's not about altering the way you sing in a way other people will like you. That is modifying your personality. It's the shortest path to death.

I agree people including women are not mind readers and frankly don't give a crap about your mental frame. They care about your appearance. It's your appearance that has an effect on them and they just rationalize and attribute your mental frame inline with how they perceive your appearance. I'm not saying appearing confident isn't useful or important but only as it manifests in appearance/visually. An ugly guy trying to hold an 'alpha' frame just comes across as exaggerated and odd and more a weirdo.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Coming from a large group of friends and seeing how they operate, I can say I know a few who are not considered lookers, but are "alpha males" or act the part and get plenty of women, almost to easily.
Now this brings me back to an article I posted a few day ago on here. Are these BETA males pretending to be alpha males attracting beta females? Ahhh the complexity of life, I love it.

You don't understand what frame control means.
What i'm saying is you can't change reality by some bull**** social psychology concept
A singer doesn't sing in isolation, If you have a bad voice you have a bad voice. you can't change the laws of nature using frame control.

According to mystery a frame is how you think about something. and the stronger frame wins.

If You think babies are scary... that's your frame!! isn't it?

now if a baby approaches you, and you act scared. how much does this affect other people?
not much. they will think you are crazy.

The singer with a strong frame doesn't need to change reality, because as was already pointed out he wouldn't give a sh*t what anyone else thought. His voice may be "bad", but he'd be singing for a reason. Because he enjoys it. Doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.

You can have a strong frame and be scared of babies. You can have a strong frame and pee your pants. To have a strong frame, you simply do your own thing and are not bothered by what others think. What you and a lot of other people fail to realize is there's a big difference between pretending not to care, and actually giving 0 f*cks. Most people pretend, and hence do not have strong frames.

There are many singers I love and they can't sing for ****. But there's something in their voices, their style and their music that makes me listen to their music again and again.
Extrapolate as you wish.

So what? what good does it serve other than being delusional?
Frame Control Theory claims that by using frame control you can pull other people into your own reality and make other people believe what you believe!

If you believe you are the hottest man on earth and every woman should pay you to be able to suck your ****.
What good does it sever if you get slapped in the face by every woman you approach with that frame????

You can't change the laws of nature using frame control.

of course you can choose to not care what other people think of you. and be labelled insane, delusional and narcissistic.
Or you can take the red pill and face the sometimes painful truth of nature.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

You can be aware that something about you is abnormal (i.e. being scared of babies), and at the same time not be impacted by the opinion of others.

I didn't read the rest of your post, but it seems you're trying hard not to get it.

OP you're getting it wrong. Controlling frame isn't about being objectively right, it's about being confident in your own reality. Look at anyone who's ever accomplished anything extraordinary--most of them ultimately fell short of their frame that they'd be the greatest [artist, general, investor, inventor] ever; but they got a hell of a lot closer to that objective than if they'd subscribed to 'realistic limitations.' Taking over the world isn't a realistic goal (much, much harder than getting laid a few times in 2015), but do you think Genghis Kahn, Alexander the Great, Napoleon gave a sh*t about 'realistic limitations' based on the circumstances they were born into? No, they took what they wanted (and what their frame felt entitled to) and they changed human history in the process.

Having the frame that I'm an awesome dude. Any women would be lucky to have the privilege of sleeping with me, might not get you laid every time, but it'll maximize your opportunities for success. As opposed to Wah, I don't have 10/10 facial aesthetics. Or a 7 figure job. Women only go for guys that have x, y, and z (which is equally unrealistic)--that type of frame will cause you to miss out on opportunities that may have existed but you disqualified yourself for from the jump.

this frame is likely to give off a c0cky vibe that will repel women and reduce your chances.
if you change this frame and become more humble you will become more attractive.

this only proves my point: if you align your frame with the laws of nature and what is really attractive in nature you will succeed.

humility and confidence is always more attractive than c0ckiness.

so as you see, frame control is useless because there is only one frame that aligns with the laws of nature.
the other frames are Ineffective and futile

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Who says it means you have to be c0cky? It means that if I see a pretty girl I'm going to approach her with the assumption that she's dying to sleep with me. I can be humble as sh*t because I'm not looking for her feedback, I'm not looking to convince her I'm the sh*t, because to me it's already self-evident (not that humility even matters LOL). She can decide I'm a loser or whatever else; you think I care?

You're mistaking social conditioning with the 'laws of nature.' According to 'the laws of nature' someone like you would probably be out there raping women and murdering the competition instead of going on in an internet forum looking for excuses to be passive and preempting any opportunity for success. So, in a social context, the 'laws of nature' are sublimated and subsumed and are fluid in their expression. Likewise, it's been shown time and time again that accepting the frame given to you by social conditioning isn't the path to success with women either.

So which is it, pal? Are you ready to admit you have no idea what you're talking about?

you should care! because what if she is right?

you can smoke as much as you want , but what if your mom is right that you should stop smoking because it will hurt your lungs (according to the laws of nature)

i'm not going to make it a long discussion

according to the laaws of nature, Sh!t is brown, stinky and unpleasant. you can decorate it with strawberries as much as you want but it doesn't change the case.

Frame control is about her entering your world and you not succumbing to her point of view. It does not matter who is right, it matters that nature (to use your word) puts women into the position of submitting themselves to the man with the strongest sense of self.

How else do you think idiots like Charles Manson could get women followers so devoted to him? Why else would you think women go back to the men who beat them?

Those men have strong frame, and if your frame is strong enough, you can make women do some crazy $hit.
I almost made my ex become a Catholic girl because I went through a heavy catholic phase. We had already found a priest to baptise her. haha, they were good times, she was extremly convinced about catholicism being the solution to the decline of our society. She even had arguments with her parents, who are huge atheists and libs.

Maintaining frame comes down to how you respond to negative or positive feedback externally. When you let the external affect the internal then you have lost. An alchemist understand and knows his internal can overcome of the outcome that happens in the external.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
