About 50 days left lol
lol always block man... makes life so much easier.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

It's my 30th day of NoFap, and I gotta tell you, the benefits are real. I'm pretty skeptic guy, and some of the "science" behind it is definitely dubious and wouldn't hold a real peer review, but for me it has done wonders. Of course there are other factors at play too, for example actually getting over the relationship, starting regular exercise, eating healthy and sleeping enough which all will increase your mood, but I've done all this before and I've never felt this confident and social in my life. Simply put, I'm much happier person now.Jrbak7 said:What are the benefits of nofap? I thought about it, but I need to release.
A lot of no-fap is psychological. You are rewarding yourself pleasure by using your hand. But rewarding yourself for either being in a bad relationship or not getting enough sex.sabata said:It's my 30th day of NoFap, and I gotta tell you, the benefits are real. I still think that there are some questionable agenda pushers within the NoFap community, but for me the effects of not watching porn and jerking off. That's why I would recommend everyone to try it at least for a while (~30 days or so).
Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
Wow..Mauser96 i would buy you a beer right now if we lived nearby. Just wow..i needed this, i needed someone to tell me the truth and stoping me from living in a lie where she is "special"..Ye i knew that many sexual partners/sexualy open at our age is a red flag, there were others such as phobia of commitment etc.Mauser96 said:Alright Don, you asked for my advice, here it is. You won't like some of it, but it is the truth as I know it : in bold
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
Great ProgressJrbak7 said:She's so awful, I'm not certain I want to be friends with her ever again. But I might one day. I'm anxious to see how her immediate rebound plays out. She met this guy 2 weeks after moving away, according to her friend. And yeah, that is quite the way to remember 18 months. Oh well.
Things I'm grateful for: my dog, my parents, my friends, my job, my vacation coming up, and a bunch of other things that I need to focus my attention on.
Almost Saturday, which is day 60!
Same with my girl. Listen, you need to grieve. Cry, punch a pillow, scream, do whatever it is you need to do. You need to think of all of the negatives you AND her have done and use those as your strengths in moving forward. Don't become a different version, work towards completing yourself as a whole. Fill in those gaps that caused the separation in the first place. If you are feeling that way, then I can't help but assume that you're still holding on to her in hopes that she'll come back. After a lot of alone time and thinking on my part, I went from I want her back(day 4) to I can't even be around her anymore.Shootin4Dreams said:Day 19
I want to forget about her but i can't please help. I do not want her to exist anymore even though she was a rare for me and it seems hard for me to get something better or similar.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
