It appears nobody has noticed or mentioned the fact that the cops asked the woman if ElStud knew him before, and if she said yes she knew him then nothing would have happened. This means either ElStud doesn't know anyone and is always approaching women.

The solution to this, especially where a university or college has social clubs, should be to try other avenues to meet people and make friends -- or at least 'know' people, so you have some social proof and don't come across as much like you are harassing people. What is it called a 'pivot' or something?

So, the lesson on this is to get out of there is you are making a nuisance of yourself and you get a warning shot, and that you just approach as much as you need to approach to get a connection with someone you like, and don't push your luck if you are good. El Stud already had allot of stuff about approaching women in all his postings and I think, by now, he should have had a social net-work, female friends or a girlfriend by this time and don't see how this was necessary. Maybe it will help him recover from this neurotic approaching behaviour.

Mike, the thing is you don't know how many eyewitnesses there are or how many complaints there have been against you. It could be this isolated incident or it could be every time you've been in there and finally they had enough. If staff have seen you in there in the past it could be well documented in a file somewhere.

Also, I'm not sure how up to date your campus is, but many campuses have security cameras in every public place. Just think of how many times you might be on tape without knowing it. Sexual crimes are a big concern for college campuses. They could easily throw you out if they wanted to, or even worse get local authorities involved. Just be glad you got banned from a student center by college police. I don't think the real police would be as nice.

Don't listen to this bs, El. If I were you, I'd find a bigger and better school. Fvck this school. They just turned on their best scholar. Go to another school, become a lawyer, and make these as5holes pay!

This is why this whole ridiculous interpretation of "cold approaches" and "day game" is butt-stupid. 100 approaches are no good if by #50 or so, you don't start developing SOME sense of how to gauge women and be smooth/non-awkward.

Honestly, if the janitors and campus cops are taking notice of what you're doing, you're doing it in an awkward and stilted enough way to BE noticed doing it.

If two or three of these "approaches" is even REMOTELY successful, ESPECIALLY in a university, you will be so up to your ears in 'tang that you should not have either the time or the inclination to CONTINUE to approach women at the student union. Friends of friends, parties you'll be invited to, SO many more socially-proofed sexual opportunities with horny college women. Instead you've done this so much that you're probably INFAMOUS around campus as "that guy who tries to flirt with women EVERY TIME they come to the student union". You are an object of nervous hilarity, much like if you were a bum who came in off the street every day, screaming about how the government is covering up the truth about 9/11. Like any other disturbance, you were removed.

What do you do, make "sarging" girls in the Student Union part of your daily routine? Go hit the gym instead. You'll get in better shape, be more attractive, and actually have a REASON to be there, instead of just running around talking to women.

I wish there WAS video of this "sarge", just to see how utterly awkward and ridiculous this approach was.

i would go talk to the dean or someone higher up at your school. You did not harm anyone, physically or emotionally. They didn't even prepare a proper warning for you, you were just socializing. If they were getting complaints that people felt uncomfortable around you the proper authorities should have notified you first to stop what you were doing before banning you. You have every right to be there just like anyone else unless your break the rules which you haven't.

You paid tuition just like every other student at school so what gives them the right to ban you with out the proper procedures. You can even call it discrimination.

If they warned you to not sarge and you still did then i'd understand but banning you without letting you change what they consider wrong that's not right.

I play ball at the school gym sometimes and there was this one guy who was RIDICULOUSLY loud and obnoxious who almost got into many fights including with me. my school security approached him and gave him a warning but he couldn't control himself and got kicked out later.

Imagine if he just got kicked out all abruptly without knowledge of what was going on.

You pay for the school and the experience it offers, if they're going to keep the ban on i say you ask for your money back since you rightly paid to use the facilities.

This. The threat of discrimination has to be worded carefully and make sense though. Under what pretense could his ban be due to?


This is why all harassment complains should be handled by this simple method:

A) Person gets offended and files a complaint. Before the complaint is processed the person complaining must first confront the person giving them problems (makes people grow a think skin).
B) If the offender wises up and stops the problem behavior, everyone's happy and problem solved. If not, continue to the next step...
C) Complaint is processed and the offender is warned to stop. If they don't then punishment takes place.

I got kicked off a worksite for doing this once and all I did was flirt with a chick and someone ELSE got offended and then I tried to ask another chick out and she got creeped out (even though we had a lot of chemistry going on and she was always making the *fuk me* eyes and smiles at me) and told the bossman who escorted me to my vehicle. Yeah, I learned my lesson. Do everything "by the book" and "above board" when you are in any kind of setting in which you can lose membership in a social club or money from a job.
