Max deadlift around 350

So I'm at 840. 160 to go
keep pushing French !! Dedicate more time to your squats

I'm gunning for the 500kg club this year as it's all metric around here, but I'm very close to a 1000lbs total at 435kg ~ 957lbs. BW is 80kg or 176lbs.

Squat 155kg
Bench 95kg
Deadlift 185kg

My next 3 months training cycle I'm going for

Squat 170kg
Bench 105kg
Deadlift 200kg

Total 475kg ~ 1045 lbs, BW aiming for between 75kg and 80kg (let's say ~170lbs)

Lifts all done raw, no belt, no wrap, no strap.

All lifts raw... 5'8" - 180 lbs.

All time 1 RMs:

Squat: 355
Bench: 245
Deads: 470

Ttl : 1070... 1200 would be nice!

I just barely got in last night.

340 Squat
240 Bench
425 Deadlift

All raw/barefoot as you said. Squat is down deep and bench touches the chest. 1,100 is the next milestone to shoot for, so you'll be hearing back from me when I make it there.

I recently passed the 1500 raw barrier. (505 sq, 405 b, 600 d) Next is the 1600 club and top 50 @ 242!

Also upcoming is the 300 lb overhead press. About 20 lbs to go....

jesus you must have a hard time finding clothes that fit... :p

my numbers:

Bench: 250
Squat: 310
Deadlift: 405
Total: 966lbs... about 34lbs to go, i'll get back to you on that :)

all raw @ 6' 4" 224lbs

My deadlift last tested 6 weeks ago 490lb raw no belt
squat about 380
bench about 255

currently doing a cycle where in 7 weeks i should be
dead 530lb
squat 420lb
bench 285lb
all raw

bench has abit of catching up to do, i'd like to be in the raw 405lb (4 plate) bench club one day

5foot 10, bodyweight atm is 220lb, high bodyfat though, prolly around 22% but i dont care. i only care about getting the deadlift up to 6-7 plates and bulking right now

You're already a big boy w/ a great strength base. Nice place to be when shooting for a 6-700 lb deadlift!! Good luck! You should post a workout journal to keep track of your progress.
