I had a workout journal before, but I had an injury that prevented me from training for a while and then laziness just set in. I am happy to report that that phase has passed and it is time to return to the gym.

Everyday I will not only chronicle my workouts, I will also be chronicling my diet. Right now I am 6'2 200lbs. My goals are to increase strength and endurance, while maintaining my weight right around where it is.

Pullup - (I can not do a pullup without help, there is a machine in my gym where you can set the weight to help push up. So if i weigh 200lbs and i set the machine to 80lbs, I'm doing 120lbs of work)

80lbsx5, 90x5, 90x5, 80x5, 80x5

I rode a bike for 20 minutes too.

Food

2 scoops whey protein and milk
Mega Man sport vitamins
2 chicken patties, mac and cheese, turkey sandwhich, 2 apple juices and an iced tea
8 beers
4 slices of pizza

2 scoops whey protein and milk

Those deads are in pounds, right? I'm guessing they are because you can't even do one unassisted pullup.

Why is there such a large difference between your deads and your seated rows? 210 x 5 on seated rows is pretty strong, 135 x 5 on deads is, umm, not.

Are you sure you're doing the seated rows right? Meaning you don't move your torso back and forth, only your arms are moving. If you're doing them where your torso leans forward to grab the bar and then you shift your torso all the way back and lean backwards as you are lifting the stack, well, that's an exercise, but it's not what people understand by "seated rows".

yes, my chest is against a padded pice of metal and stays there the entire time while my arms pull back the weight, as i stay seated. the padded piece is back as far as it can go with me still being able to grab the handles

the food is for the whole day, but i always drink a protein shake right after my workout so anything i post after the shake is post workout.

Your diet needs a complete overhaul, read up on nutrition. If the guys were gonna comment on your daily intake in every post, they'd be here all day.

Start by eating more whole foods and less processed junk, then once this is down you can begin to increase calories gradually and keep track of protein intake. Concentrate on eating 4-6 healthy meals a day without worrying about what's in them, just make sure each has a protein source. Once you have this down you can log what you eat and be more precise about things, but for now just start eating healthily.
