This is a thread I am starting just to get opinions etc on pushing comfort zones, in all social environments.
So.. How DO you 'PUSH' that comfort zone?
-examples?
Personally I used to have no social problems, very great comfort 'zones' and now I seem to have depleted those zones by not socializing enough - tips on how to get old personality back? Im kinda assuming that by trying to socialise harder it will come back naturally.
Id like to set goals on self improvement in terms of breaking by comfort zone barriers every day. In recent environments I have ended up sometimes taking a more sociable option, and surprisingly it works better than taking no risk at all. Strange logic, but I think thats just life.
Any tips on goal setting for my self-improvement? i.e. talk to 50 different people each day minimum... have a sexual conversation with a girl everyday, consciously push my comfort zone 15 x / day?
Im very able and willing to do most things suggested to me.
