As a MGTOW I like spending time with the person who means to me the most. That person is me. So when women come to my life I can tell from experience what they talk about probably does not interest me. Though that is the case with men too but to a lesser degree.

So for now if a women wants to open me I would like two things the most. First self improvement and second mild science like astronomy.

No, I'm interested in tantra, not 'tantric love/sex/intimacy' per se.

Most conversations between strangers who just met, at least ln my case (whether she or zi initiated it) tend to be light and non-serious. Usually flirty and fun/humorous . I don’t think I’d enjoy having some serious conversation early on. Frankly. If she is attractive, I really don’t care what she talks about.
For example. Before I wound up with my current GF. I was to meet some friends at a coffee shop to play some cards. I walked in and this girl, who was sitting there said ‘nice pants’ to me. We wound up just flirting and talking about innocuous silly stuff like coffee, the card game I was going to play, teeth and my big hsnds… My friends showed up. We exchanged numbers. She called me around 3 am for a booty call.

I believe we are all dopamine addicts. I think it depends on what kind of one. I feel like when I am stressed out and my willpower is low then 'cheap dopamine' rules. When my life is not full of stress I have more willpower and I don't need that much of 'cheap dopamine'. I am satisfied with 'good dopamine'.

Big part of it is to analyze and experiment how to optimize oneself. Then things become easier to control. Most of the time we are like dogs chasing afte cars without knowing why. Once we know what we want we figure out 90% of the things we chase are not worth it.
