It varies from person to person, I got lazy and grew my hair for like two months and it grew to chin length. My hair-dresser styled it up, the guys thought it looked weird but all the girls I knew prefered my hair long.

It's not really a problem, we just have (too) good stamina. One solution is going 400mph when you mount her (though you might still last half an hour). I've got it as well. If she's good at BJs then that'll work. Handjobs just don't work tho.
