Ok I have a bottle of each sitting at home, and I'm scared of using them anyone got any real world information about them.

Last time I had a multi which had low levels of both in it and well it made me horny as hell and sexlife was realy really good. The gf loved it. But these new bottles have huge numbers which scare the crap outta me.

BTW my muay thai trainer got them for me saying it would make me more agressive as a fighter.

Testesterone production at 23 should be a) through the roof and b) manipulated chiefly through diet (for a healthy young male).

If you were 33 I'd advise differently. But if in your 20's you need a multi to amp your sex drive then I'd make dietary changes first and foremost (hint: saturated fat).

ZMA can help with poor sleeping patterns though, take it 30-60 minutes before bed.

ZMA before bed defintely makes me wake up more refreshed. I can usually tell if i forgot to take it. And i generally want to get up sooner if i took it... like i'm totally cool with 6 hours but will still feel a bit groggy at 7 hours if i don't take it.
