Hi Guys,

Fairly basic question but doesn't seem to be a newbie section.

With the great advice i have recently read about holding the frame that you rather than she is the prize that the other must earn, very effective but i have to say in my head it conflicts with my previous actions and behaviours when i am going for the same night lay or even a day 2 lay.

How would one reconcile the dissonance between acting like an Alpha prize, but still engaging in sex as quickly as possible, seem to be a slight contradiction but hopefully the more experienced members can shed some light on this.

you are the prize so you get what ever you want. if you want sex the second date you get it, because you are the prize.

Still, it's a contradiction. Humans naturally value a reward the more they have to invest in it emotion and energetically.
