Perhaps instead a law should be made that says if the woman filing rape charges is >200lbs, just laugh her out of the police station. Women only do more damage to themselves when they try pulling this sh*t.

I know of a woman who did this for the exact same reason. Husband found out about boyfriend and she filed rape charges. It went all the way up until a trial date was set and then she recanted. He'd been banging her for months. The sad part about most of these is that it hits all the papers when the accusation is made but when charges are dropped it almost never gets reported on. Then the lucky bastard gets to wear the rapist label for the rest of his adult life if he stays in that same town. Glad to see they are finally getting their due.

They should make public the names of false rape accusers, they need to be shamed and kept at distance as much as rapists.

They should change the law so rapes must be reported within 6 hours so the woman can be examined by a doctor and results documented for the police. This is a serious crime and thus serious evidence should be required, evidence that needs to be seen and documented immediately. No more of this waiting days or weeks or months crap or after husband finds out about bf nonsense.
