"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

It's not your fault, but it is your problem. You can't control what cards you get dealt but you are in control of how you deal them. That's the thing about life, it isn't fair. But then you could never be the top dog if it was.

And I think you're whole attitude rubs people up the wrong way. I haven't met you but it seems like you take things for granted and lack a sense of humour, that does piss people off, including me and a bunch of other people who've already posted.

The fact is all these people are telling you you're doing something wrong, but of course it's not you whose wrong, it's the whole world.

If you want people to buy you drinks and meals, great, but at least be thankful for it. And if you don't respect them for it, don't accept it and tell them straight "You don't have to buy me things for me to be your freind. Just be cool." If they have a problem with that, at least you're not being a leech.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

1. Nah....Why do you think people want to be around me? People tell me Im the funniest person they know, thats prolly why people like being around me...But when its comes to certian things, Im this way with it cause it isnt a joke...In a perfect world, I could be nice to people and joke with everyone...But guess what? I gave people that sh1t already, I was being nice...But like I said, people hated me cause I was liked and I wasnt people smart enough at the time, and I got fukked...I dont look at things the way they should be, I accept what it is and I roll with it...

2. Yeah, I know right? Im just looking out for myself and the people who look out for me...If you come up to a random stranger with your palms out and upward, they might slash your wrists...Thats the problem with dudes and girls...They wear their hearts on their sleeve and the girls screw them over when they shoulda learned how to handle themselves...Thats all Im doing...I dont see how people can hate that...

3. First of all, these people fukked up...I never really paid these people any mind, but then they thought if they baught me sh1t I would want to hang out...The way you start a relationship is the way its gonna go...I have plenty other friends that never spent a dime on me and Im still friends with them, cause thats how we started, and thats how it goes...Sh1t, I even spend money on my friends and give them things, but I never used it in a way to gain or keep friends...When I dont have money, at least I know why my friends are friends with me...And the people who do spend money, they dont have a problem with it, so Im not gonna tell them to stop...

Fair play dude. I've been in situations where creepy men bought me drinks too, it's embarassing to turn them down... It doesn't seem to me you've too much of a problem. I've been asked to leave jobs before but most of the time I've just walked out cause I prefer to spend my time on my own plans.

I hear what you're saying, it's time for a man hug. Now go and find a job, you ****ing layabout.

If you're gonna live like that, which is essentially a 'survivor' mindset, people are always gonna have beef on you bro. They're gonna think you think you're 'too good for them' (which may be true, but besides the point). You gotta understand, the way you live your life is gonna be met by different reactions.

Example: Goths, just cuz they dress differently they get shat on.

If you're fine with the way you're living, with people hating on you, then what's the problem? Metalfortress put it perfectly, you gotta understand sometimes just being outgoing is needed.

I don't know many men that will get that jealous of you.

It's the women...belive me.

You think you're being nice to the ladies but you're alienating one or two fat-ugly chics and a couple of gay niggas there at least.

These fat chics start gossiping on you, lying, spreading it to the people on top that they're cool with and that's your ass.

You're better off not being a boy toy unless you wanna deal with situations like this all the time. That's my advise,be one of the guys.
Hit it right on the dot same exact thing is happen to me right now already had the girls gossipin giving each other mean looks cause one gets jelous that i talk to the other. Then the two little fruit boys that work ther get in it. Get called into the meeting room i open the door and thers 2 chicks in ther and im like o **** im screwd but of course i deny it all and i still have my job.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Then everyone finds out then the girl that was being talked about crys and went and told, so then they call me in and say it all leads to me and ask me whats goin on rofl. It was crazy

I defintley hear you,C.

I know exactly what you went through as I went through the same **** with my own family.

They thought we were rich so everything was about how my parents don't give back, how they're cheap, how i wasn't hood enough, how I was spoiled.I could never win with them(especially the females in my family)..all bull****.

So i started to conform to there expectations, acting wild, failing at school and the like,Oh yeah they liked me then cuz i was in the mud right along with them.

I didn't snap out of that till I moved away to Fl and started dealing with my new friends.

I started gaining more confidence, learn the facts of life and finally realized that my family was just jealous peices of sh!t.

Now,pss forget about it.I no longer put myself in someonelse's head.I learned that most people-especially women-just wanna use you for the good times and dissapear when you need them.

With men it's a lil better cuz at least we pretend to have loyalty. So I just choose the lesser or both evils, but I don't try to be anyone's buddy anymore.

People just come and go ,if the connection is there then it's there.

Actually, no, you're just being ignorant and not attempting a good reply. You asked for an answer, and I gave it. And unfortunately for you, I'm right. Time to start listening.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
