There is this chick in my workplace who is cute.I have worked with her a couple times and haven't talked that much with her but when she looks at me she smiles.She also asked me last week what kind of cologne I wear and said it smells really good.Now when we are in the same office and I am doing my work she doesn't start up conversations with me but if I talk she is pretty receptive.I thought that if I chick likes you in the workplace she will be the first to initiate a conversation.It will be just me and her working tonight.She did mention that she broke up with her Bf a couple months ago and she is keeping it casual after I told her that I don't plan on ever getting married and am skeptical of monogomous relationships.Anyways,we are working again tonight.We have worked together a couple of times.Should I wait a few weeks to ask her out?How should I go about this?The thing is if I ask her out and get shot down it will be awkward to work with her again.But I'm not at the level yet.Is initiating a conversation instead of waiting for her to initiate giving away power?

So i was at work with her yesterday and she made some comment about how she was gaining weight.I told her that "she was thick in all the right areas".She said really i thought you were into girls with no ass and titties.I tell her no its actually the opposite.Anyways, i am working on sexual intent.I don't care highly to lose this job at this point so **** it.

The next time both of you work a long day say "aaah man, we need to go unwind, relax and just chill out, we had a crap day....let's go get a drink"...and see what happens. It's a pseudo date. If all goes well, you have built some rapport. Make sure you get her number.

Next time, tell her "that was fun, but let's go out on a real date this time". She'll be comfortable with you already and if she had fun the first time, she'll hopefully say yes.

Be slick, and if she says no to the first drink date, blow it off and go have a drink anyway. No loss for you. It'll appear completely spur of the moment, innocent, and you won't care if she refuses. No biggie.
