"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

I was just wondering what i could do to work my lower abs more. it feels like i work my upper abbs and my middle abs but i just dont ever feel like im hitting my lower abbs that well. i can notice my abbs are starting to show, but it isnt showing as much on my loer abbs either. what can i do?

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

NO, NOT THIS DISCUSSION AGAIN, I'M GONNA RIP OFF MY ABS WITH A ****ING AXE!!!!

There are no lower abs, the abs is one big muscle.
And you can't lose fat locally, you may have lost fat because doing abs expends calories & icnreases your body temp. for a while after working out, but lifting or running/some other cardio is a much better option than doing push ups & crunches everyday.
