"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

just be cool with everybody and work to accomplish the mission.. or in ur case, ur job..

there is no need for drama, u just have to kinda step back and watch how everyone operates and then do ur thing.. dont be a DJ at work man.. i mean u can but ur there to work, and u NEED to get along with co-workers to make things run smoothly..there will naturally be "cliques".. and u can either join one or be on ur own..i suggest for the sake of working and favors u join one..who knows when u might need to switch a day or need help with something.. EVERYONE can be used as a social pivot in some way

thats my opinion anyways

ps - dont worry about the b1tches..if they really are, then they will be excluded from cliques, unless u have a whole clique of b1tches, and then i would say just be cool with them and get ur job done and thats about it

Remember its a job! Everyone likes gossiping at work,so dont let your personal opinoins on someone leave your mouth unless it is positive. Just give them the "they are alright in my book",even if you dont like them.
Meet as many people as you can at your new job, flirt with all of the women. Stay positive, head up,sharp dressed,a touch of cologne and you will build a fan club quickly.
As for the bcitches, stay positive and keep all questions and answers short for them, they arent worth your time.
