I don't have much experience in a lot of other big cities other than visits or short-term stays so maybe well-traveled DJs can chime in. Socially and culturally as well as women wise, not sure if I am the best fit for Atlanta.
It seems like everyone here is really traditional in regards to marriage and kids, like people get married pretty young and most women that are hot are tied down with marriage and kids.
On top of that, I am not into black women and it seems like all you have here are black women and that's it.
White girls that I get along with have all been from elsewhere (midwest, Florida, California, etc.) but the local ones from the Atlanta suburbs are so stuck up and rude. I have not had any luck trying to fit in with the social crowd here and everyone just kinda seems to hate you if you didn't go to high school with them or were in their college frats.
It really feels like a small town too despite being a big city and it seems like there are only a few good spots to have fun: Virginia Highlands, Midtown and Buckhead.
Buckhead is all frat bro bars where if you don't have social proof you can't pull hotties.
Virginia Highlands I've had the best luck but even then, the quality is lower than Buckhead.
Midtown I've had some luck too but a lot of gays and bars aren't as lit.
I also get the impression that the party scene here is really "black" in the sense that if you aren't into black girls twerking, you're kinda SOL. White girls are way beyond stuck up for the most part but I wonder if that is the case everywhere.
Just wondering if it might be worth it for me to change cities because I have been feeling miserable here.
