"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Ok im a guy, and i read Christian Carter's (David D) newletter. He said that girls get mad at guys who become distant.

As taught here, we should cut off our supply, and its not a bad idea to be a little distant (be busy with your life) when you're in a relationship.

Yet, as i read Christian Carter's newsletter, he said things like "guys dont know what they're doing. It is our nature to be distant in a relationship. Should you dump him? Its up to you"

Well i thought that it was a good thing to be a challenge and be busy with my own life at times. But according to Carter's view of girls, when we do that, the girl gets hurt and may want to end the relationship.

Futhermore, he states that "most men don't know the value of sharing feelings, emotions, etc." Is this what an ideal boyfriend should do?

Or is this just something that covers up what women REALLY want??

As learned here, women want a challenging man, not an AFC. So is Christian Carter on our side? or is he making girls dump us, and therefore attempting to make women become more of a challenge to us??

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Being a challenge and somewhat distance in the beginning of a relationship is good, but while in a relationship it is better to be more attentative.

We only chase what runs from us

This forum is littered with post of how men all too eagerly vomit out their live's story to a woman on the first date or (God forbid) over the phone before the date even gets discussed and then wonder why the girl blows him off, wants to "take it slow" or LJBFs him. He then gets bitter at ALL women because they say they want one thing and then contradict this with their behaviors when he does in fact do what every woman has ever told him they "want in a guy."

Christian Carter is a textbook example of an AFC attempting to better identify with as many women as he can possibly convince that he "isn't like those 'distant' other guys" in order to qualify himself as a 'great boyfriend' to. He'd make a great phone 'friend' and "be a good listener" for women who'd then promptly go off to fvck the Jerk 'distant' boyfriend they spent an hour on the phone with him complaining about.

"most men don't know the value of sharing feelings, emotions, etc."
Carter seems to think he's got his qualifications down with sh!t like this since it's exactly what I'd expect to hear from a woman when asked what her ideal boyfriend would be like.

Of course women get mad at guys who become distant from them, they also regularly fvck the sh!t out of them when the guy takes time away from whatever he's focusing his attention on that isn't her. These are called options and the more a man has the more in demand he becomes - he therefore becomes a commodity to be competed for. It is most definitely NOT in men's nature to be distant in relationships as is evidenced by every pathetic guy's natural impulse to qualify himself to a girl and tell her he loves her on the first date. All one needs do is peruse this site for any length of time to understand that desperation behaviors are the standard default for most guys. It's easy to follow the line of thinking that a guy should be attentive to a woman, it's a much harder, and a learned behavior to be more self-focused since it tends to be counterintuitive to gratifying sexual impulse.

What Carter fails to recognize is that Takeaways or distancing prompts behavior, and by reinforcing desired behavior with reward (in the form of male attention) a woman's bond becomes more solidified with him. Women want attention to be sure, but they don't want worthless, low quality, easily gotten attention that any other woman could have. Beware the reward to easily got, it is generally worthless, or at least perceived so.

Why does Pamela Anderson keep going back to Tommy Lee? Can't she see he's an abuser? Doesn't she know that I'd NEVER consider treating her with disrespect? Why would she go back to him when she's so beautiful she could basically have any guy on the planet? Because HIS attention is valuable to her. Tommy is in demand.

Thanks a lot Rollo. I appreciate you taking the time to write and explain this.

Yet, I dont know if you understand that Christian Carter is the same guy as David DeAngelo. And David D. isn't much of an AFC.

On the other hand, he may know a lot about how guys should game girls, but he may not know how girls "game" guys.
