Positive stigmas around women from Eastern Europe and parts of South America are true based solely on my recent month-long trip to Western Europe.
Without having stepped foot east of Rome, I can tell you that these girls are more feminine, more polite, more complimentary, and overall a pleasure to talk to. In Rome, I met an Argentinian girl of about 5'4, 120 lb and an innocent face that didn't need an ounce of makeup. She wore a striped sundress and was always smiling. In Barcelona, I met a Czech of about 5'9 who wore a modest yellow dress, spoke 5 languages, and uttered the words "I like you" before we danced at a Spanish concert. Neither resulted in a bang, but both were insurance that I'd be visiting these countries in the future. First impressions do matter.
These kinds of girls do exist, and really provide fodder against the feminist argument that we "hate" women. Give an alpha a girl like this and both guy and girl will be in all their glory.
