"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

This may seem like an obvious statement to some and it may not make any sense to others... and some of you just may not agree at all.

How many times have you heard a woman say to you that she regrets, or maybe even deeply regrets past sexual relationships? I've heard it a lot. I've even had girls cry when they tell me about how much they regretted their past liaisons.

I'm sure some of you guys have noticed it too, the extent of emotion that women in general display whenever their sexual history comes up. They don't want to talk about it, they want to suppress it, they want to forget all about it.... at least, that's what they present.

But would they have really done it if they didn't want to?

I'll grant that that's a poor argument to make my case with, but that's a good place to start.

What is really going on is that in general, women don't regret their past, they regret the perceived limitations and liabilities it causes them in the present and future. They may regret that the had sex with a guy and a relationship didn't evolve or the relationship ended. They may regret having sex with a guy they didn't know at a party because people found out, especially her friends, and now they think she's a slut and her social value has dropped.

But in any of these cases, does the girl regret the act of sex or the consequences that came from the act?

In the case of the relationship failure, she bonded with a guy who didn't feel as strongly as she, and she's hurt.

In the case of the one night stand, she enjoyed the sex but didn't like the social vitriol.

When it comes to a new guy, she doesn't regret her past actions so much as how they affect his perception of her (if she actually likes him).

There's a transfer of emotion taking place that makes it easier to backward rationalize the girl's behavior and make the situation less painful. The regret isn't the relationship failure, the emotional hurt, the social vitriol, or the potential for rejection because of lower social value... of course not! (I'm being sarcastic by the way). But those are intangibles, and it's easier to transfer intangible items to tangible acts, like sex. And since promiscuity lowers a woman's social value anyways for most guys, why would she want to positively identify with it?

Since so many guys are AFC, it makes it easy for the girls... if they cry, feel those negative emotions again but transfer them to the act of sex rather than their true origin, an unaware man can easily be duped in to coming to the conclusion that he should actually feel sorry for this girl! An alpha would be able to read between the lines, understand that she is a woman and therefore loves sex, and whenever he gets tired of listening to her cry about spilled milk, he'll have sex with her too.

The next time she meets an AFC, she can cry about that guy as well.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

haven't you ever regretted past relationships? I sure as hell have especially when I was dating the psychotic girl from 2005-2006. There is a reason her nickname was "chompers." I digress.

Women will regret an abusive guy generally (or at least parts of the abusive relationship). Just because a person wanted to do something at the time does not mean they won't regret it later.

Yep. That's how I read it. Excellent post.
