"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I'm recently single and I'm looking for girls, but I'm in Paris and then I'm goIng to Florence, Naples, then Rome. Girls here are on average much hotter than in the USA, so much so it's almost intimidating. I'm concerned I'm not dressed up enough and about a language barrier. I also think French people are unfriendly on average and I'm concerned about Italian men being like the French, but worse. I have collared short sleeve shirts, average pants, and shoes more suited to backpacking than clubbing. When I was in berlin I got to talking to 3 pretty Greek girls but the dudes I met at he hostel wanted to leave and I was to split the cab wih them. I don't know why they wanted to leave there was one for way of us, jealous maybe? The dudes were stoners from holland andthey said clubs weren't their scene anyway. I don't club even when at home, but I want another try and I'm dying for some action.

I know everyone here would tell me to not be a puss and go out, but is there something I need to know?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Mae, I met a lot of women during my travels in Europe, but can't say I met very many in bars or clubs. I found clubs especially difficult due to the loud music, and language barrier. I mostly just danced with women there and had fun, but didn't really meet them. Local pubs are a lot better for actually meeting people.

I met a lot of women on trains, or site seeing, which led to going to bars/resturants, etc afterwards, and several times stayed with them as well. I also found you can meet a lot of women in the hostels. Europeans travel a lot, so getting together with other travelers and seeing the town is the best way to go.

Yes, the girls are a lot hotter there, but don't let that intimidate you. :)

Avoid the major clubs as they are too touristy and difficult to meet women. Instead go to the local bars and taverns in the outskirts. When I was in Spain, the farther I ventured from the major cities, i,e Madrid, and into the smaller towns, the easier I found to meet women. In fact just several days of arriving there I banged a really hot gypsy chick in the back of my rental car. I met her in one of the local bars. It was funny because I hardly even talked to her since I remember not knowing what the fyck she was trying to say most of the time. Probably works the same in Italy.

Dont be intimidated. Even the real hotties are much friendlier and approachable than an average looking American woman. Once they know your American, even better. What I found is that most of the men there have no game anyways and so you are already one step ahead.

Yes, here's what you need to know:

No fear!

I've traveled alone in Europe many times and had to overcome my hesitations of approaching new people for some much needed social interaction.

Once, I was alone in Salzburg staying at an amazing B&B in the old part of town. I did my sight seeing during the day and decided I wanted to go out that night and have a few drinks and meet some new people.

I noticed a sign in English that read "Music Pub". That was the place I decided to start my evening.

I made the decision to approach the first person I heard speaking English and strike up a conversation and take it from there. I was hesitant but resolved to overcome my fears of rejection.

I entered that night and sat by myself and ordered a drink. They were playing music that I loved from Bob Marley to Van Morrison and there were many pretty women littered about.

Then I heard it from the end of the bar in a loud, jovial voice.

English!

I approached to find a burly bloak with a bush hat and wearing a rugby shirt.

"Did I just hear some English?"

He looked at me and yelled, "English!" and started laughing.

It turned out he was from New Zealand and was also traveling by himself. His name was Sean and it turned out he was also hungry for some English and a drinking pal. We hit it off from the get go.

It turned out to be an amazing and memorable night. We hit every bar within walking distance and got hammered. We had chicks sitting on our laps and buying us drinks and others wanting to join the party.

He ended up dragging a chick out with him and I ended up with a local gal who walked me back to my place and spent the night.

A night I will never forget.

Bottom line:

No fear!

Cheers!
