The hotel looks like a cheap hole - why would you want to go there, again? If it is the "adult fun" you are after? Well then, spend some money on a normal, well-maintained, quality resort and hook up with fellow vacationers right on the spot - there are lots of single girls out there: it's free, it's safER, it's fun and its a challenge!
I'd personally recommend Sirenis Cocotal or Bahia Principe (the latter is a really cool place!) in Punta Cana - there are about 50% of europeans there, mainly french and spanish, very easy to deal with and lots, lots of fun!
