Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

Improves your shape and is greate for getting that sixpack. Fun too, though other sports are better for street fighting. But only idiots do that anyways, so I'd say go for it :)

Definitely man, compared to other martial arts training that's about free. I almost took some wing chun a few years ago but it was way too expensive. From what I remember it was a lot of close combat type of stuff. Hey, even taekwando has a use somewhere...
