having a good body is like having good teeth. if u get the ladies to notice it, they will only think good things. it sure as hell is a +. when i was in better shape, i definately felt a hell of a lot more confident, and i also got a lot of compliments about my body from girls. definately work to having a good body. its one more thing that u CAN control to help your game. just dont expect that because u have a good body that u will be going through more profalactics.
