"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

The more widespread the PUA movement becomes, the more prized women get and the more entitlement issues they get.

PUA tactics and mindsets don't make your body or bank look any better.

Women also don't like when their secrets get out.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

yeah, I can see a lot of real life in your post, which suggests to me that sosn are extensions of wmens and THEIR value or at least , perceived value..."he is my son how dare you not find him attractive as he is????"
That's an interesting idea. I wonder if there is any correlation between how attractive/successful in dating women are and how attractive/successful in dating their sons are? For instance, do naturals come from hot women? It might make sense because of how important confidence is to males - maybe the mothers instill their confidence into them? The mothers are usually more involved in child raising, after all. I'm not at all trying to say this is the case, but it does raise the question.

I used to have a bad habit of bad body language, letting my head hang down and such. When I went over to a friend of mine's house, his mother would always correct me and tell me to stand up straight and hold my head up. Her son was a bit of a player and was considered a bit of a male hottie, so maybe in his case the mother WAS trying to make him more attractive to women.

I'm sure my mom tried to correct me too, but you know how it is about listening to your parents. My friend's mom GOT ON ME about it, though. She wasn't having that in her house. If she told me that, how much more did she instill into her son, who was definitely a lot more of a natural than I was?
