Why do girls start going in to bvtch mode when it starts getting warmer

Had to go nc on this girl, because she went to bvtch mode abruptly out of no where and eventually I told that I wasn't going to talk to her anymore unless she decided to have sex with me and stop bullshvting. Off course everything that came out of her mouth was complete bullshvt and I just got sick of dealing with it. It's not just me having bvtch problems, but my friends are having issues and I'm noticing a lot of new threads on this forum. I also hear that girls tend to have their bvtch shield on during the summer, so that's what made me bring this up.

It's a bigger issue than that. This bvtch came and attacked me at a party and wouldn't let me have sex with her because we weren't in a serious relationship. I thought she was just putting up her bvtch shield and that she would give it up eventually. Her friends told me she really liked me and all that other bullshvt. We went on more dates and slept together more and she started letting me do more stuff with her. Suddenly my gut started telling me something was wrong and it turned out to be right. We still kept fooling around with each other, but I could tell she was starting to see me differently. Last week she bit the fuq out of my neck and now I think it's infected. Recently I confronted her and she told me that she was not looking for a relationship and that she would only have sex with me if we were in one. Since I was pissed off that she lead me on like that, I went off on her and hence why I made this topic lol. I mean we were even making out and kissing soberly and she didn't say anything about it.
