genuine excerpts from the forms.

AF of mine interned at DCFS on the south side of Chicago, and saw a lot of the same thing, especially the "at a party" part. It was common for the father's first name to be listed as an initial and "Dogg" or "Dawg" to be listed as his last name. There were also prostitutes with ten or more kids, some had lost count of how many times they had been pregnant.

There's obviously a problem, but what to do about it is a separate debate. The new budget that Obama is about to sign will drastically cut funding to all urban programs. We're going to save a dime by not buying a free condom, but then the resulting unwanted child will end up costing society a million bucks.

There was a study published recently that recommended that all health insurance companies provide free birth control, because it would save them money on healthcare over the long term. Running a country is not any different, but we're doing the opposite. Planned parenthood already got the budgetary ax; the rest of the urban programs are next. Politics aside, taking free birth control out of the ghetto is a huge financial mistake.
