It seems like it hasn't been updated in a long time. Other forums that visit that use this format allow pictures and videos to be posted. Why not here? Moreover why does no one seem to get banned here?

I believe Version 4.1.4 is the current one. Lol!

3.5.4 was released February 21, 2006

Lols aside, if it still works fine there may be little need to cause server downtime to update. I dunno what's changed in vbulletin so I dunno whether or not that's a good idea.
