Where do YOU go to meet women?

Please don't give me a generic 'anywhere' answer. I've heard that so many times and it doesn't help at all.

You're sitting in your room one evening with no plans for the night other than browsing the internet or watching a movie by yourself. You think to yourself 'I would rather be out meeting new girls than this' and you decide to go out and do it. Where do you go?

I can't go out to actually do it ever, because I don't know where to go when this scenario happens to me. And whenever I ask about it online, I just get generic answers like 'anywhere', 'everywhere', 'wherever you go about during your day'. Well, wherever I go about during the day there are no women there.

Can anyone please tell me what they do when they find themselves in the scenario I described? I'm really tired of being stuck in this rut that I've been in for years of never being able to get out there.

and yes, anywhere. as in school/uni, the supermarket, the park, a shopping mall, the laundry, well anywhere.

the thing is if you live in a large community, then it's a no brainer that women will be around. so there is despite what society says no set place to meet women and not just bars/clubs.

the only thing can be is if you live in a small community, or in a country where men and women cannot interact freely. but if you're in a large city in the USA say, yeah women in NYC or LA cannot go outside without their fathers' permission, it's against the law you know...

As for where I go, well it depends. I largely go to activity groups/clubs, since there is at the least a common setting to work from. I think women in supermarkets or in the gym are too busy doing their own thing to want to get hit on.

I went to my local honky tonk lastnight for about 90 mins or so. I have 2 plates spinning so I wasn't eager or desperate to get digits.

So I spot this smoking HB9 probably 5'6" 120lbs--early 20's, with her group of 5-6 gf's? I scope it out for a bit, some chode is chatting her up. He disappears so I move in, I put my hand out and tell her let's dance. Every one of her friends is staring at me. Baaah she grabs my hand. BOOM BOOM 2 stepping time.

Next 1 was HB8 blonde, 5'5", 125, probably 26/27. She knew how to dance and taught me some moves, I was going to move in on digits but later on she was busy texting (more than likely a bf). Next time I won't be such a pzzy and go for the digits.

-Car-to-car interaction while driving (be careful with accidents)

-Police station (yes, really )
-Hospital

-Karaoke place
-Dance club (e.e.g, salsa, hip-hop, techno, etc.)
-School (notice work is not here; I do NOT recommend it for a number of reasons.

I love metal and punk music so I go to local shows and I find badass *****es there. I also like EDM music so I go to clubs on weekends. During the day I like to go to the starbucks or have lunch at the mall at noon when all the girls that work at the mall have their lunch too.

Every city is different so you have to find it yourself. But just do what you love doing and you will find girls there. For example, go watch a movie by yourself if you're bored, you'll see girls at the theater. A lot of times I meet girls on the bus going to work.

also, at Conventions I go to, i'm a nerd, geek, and proud of it, such as Comic-Con, and obviously Bars and Clubs, but I know this thread meant besides those places, sometimes restaurants
