Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I was considering to adopt a 2 day split therefore the effort required would be greater than a 3 or a 4 day split, I was used to get whey proteins with water a hour before the training but Im afraid that wont be enough in order to have strengh and maintain intensity all the time (limit catabolism too).

So I was considering to get a weight gainer with skim milk about a hour before working out and then have a 60-75 min workout with some cardio in the end.
Awfully I dont have time anymore for a 3-4 day split.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Drinking water before and during your workout, 10-15 minutes of warming up and stretching will help you lift more and longer. If its energy you need you could drink a little coffee before hand...

I don't need energy for my mind or my will, I just have to make sure my muscles dont burn all glycogen at the beginning and run out of fuel later so no intensity and catabolism.

Cofee is just a stimulant it doesnt add any caloric content.
