What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I use that line all the time. It's doubly good because you avoid the question and show her you aren't a sleazy jerk who will tell all your friends that you nailed a chick (even if you have done it beforeOriginally posted by Chewy Bagel

True, you could alienate her that way or you be curious about why she is asking. Most women would expect a guy to either get pissed off or be taken off gaurd. They aren't use to a guy calling her on it by asking her to explain herself.Originally posted by TooColdUlrick
how about a simple, "that's none of your business, sweetie".
plainly, coldly, and matter of factly. i mean, is it any of her biz at this point?
plus, she'll remember your response the next time she thinks about asking this personal question to someone else. sh!t, this is worse than asking how much money you make.Originally posted by Francisco d'Anconia
