But Charlesedwin was asking how it felt physically after having sex, not during intercourse.
I would classify what your friend said as an aftermath emotional feeling, because really, there is no physical changes that happen after sex for the first time (unless you got some STD )

EDIT: "Physical feeling" was the exact term Charlesedwin used... hmm, I assume you mean emotional feeling.. of course there is a change in emotions after you have bang for the first time. You feel triumph because you feel more like a man.
