"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

What is the point of an "open" marriage?

I was looking at this article, and ti got me thinking:

http://www.marieclaire.com/sex-love/a17341/the-next-sexual-revolution-open-marriage/

I've always thought that an open marriage (at least for a nominally monogamous marriage) was just the acquiescence of the partner with the lower sexual market value to the partner with the higher sexual market value, so that the higher one would at the very least stay nominally attached, both for at least semi-regular sexual relations (mainly important for the case of the man being in an inferiors position) and for raising children in an otherwise standard nuclear family way, as well as for various financial, and even social standing reasons. I just have to think that a man that submits to this is just being a beta, which makes me wonder how, outside of wanting the "family situation", a woman could find herself attracted to such a loser. The situation that makes much more sense is that of the man wanting to be like Zeus and do other women, and with the woman being at low sexual market value (even if she has kept decently slender), and the man wanting to take advantage of his increased value. I guess that this type of unequal marriage demand could be just simply one of the partners announcing in public what (s)he plans to do, and be willing for the other to say "no way" as an easy excuse to break up the marriage, rather than deal with deception after-the-fact.

I suppose that a truly balanced open marriage (i.e., both partners wanting to fool around, not just the lower one agreeing to it while silently resenting it) could be both not really wanting to be married, but still enjoying a "home base" marriage, perhaps supplying sex to the other if (s)he is going through a dry spell, and for the advantages previously noted

As for myself, I could not see myself being demeaned by my wife like this. If she wants to fool around, I would demand and end to the marriage, although if I were still attracted to her, I could see her in the fvck buddy rotation. (My attitude is that if I ever got divorced after having children, I would see absolutely no reason to re-marry.)

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

With all the "girl power" running rampant, she thinks she can get d1ck form the hot guy and money from the chump. There aren't many men as confidant as Trump to make it work the other way. That's the ONLY way I'd tolerate it..... if it was ME doing it. If not, why should she get the benefit of my money full time?

Op,

I understand where you are coming from. One partner is the more desired partner which means the less desired partner has to put up with an open relationship or face getting a divorce. It's sad, but common.

Are you married?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Is it just me or does the whole notion of a 'partner' just piss you off? I hate that word when it comes to marriage and sex. Mate is much better. You aren't a partner in a business.

I like the word partner, I think it's an apt description. You're not a partner in business, you're a partner in life. If you have a good, healthy relationship, you work together to get through it.

Many women already doing that but without title of "open relationship" , I was in a company christams party and I can tell many husbands already lost their control on their wivies and I can tell if the wife decided to go with someone most likely the husband will do nothing.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm only 19 and I've only had one LTR so I don't know if this is right or not but at the moment this is what I think is the healthiest relationship structure. The man ****s other women but emotionally commits to one woman and that one woman is devoted only to him. Seems to be the best way to keep the attraction alive while maintaining the family structure. I've never tried it though so I could be wrong.
