Explain yourself to her. No matter how you go about NEXTing a chick, it's going to be bad. But if you give her a legitmate reason, then at least she can't tell her friends you dumped her for nothing :)

One thing is to Next a woman, and another one is to break up with them.

If you next them, just stop calling, or texting, etc. If they call to make plans, and you really want to next them, just say that you're busy, but maybe you'll be free next week. She'll get it.

Look what I found. As said here, to next a chick isn't definite.
