For those of you in USA, do they show you in the news about this? Yes or no?
If Yes how long ago you heard about it? It's Friday 17th now, I first heard about this last Friday the 10th.
In Russia, this is in the news, America's top commanders and officers caught smoking weed and other drugs on duty at missile silos.
It's those people that are sitting at command post at various launch facilities that smoke weed. Of course, they can't launch a missile by themselves, they need launch codes. I'm not sure and we can't know what is the launch process, whether those codes are uploaded automatically or they have to enter them manually, but if you were ever high, you probably know whatever operation they have to do will be a bit difficult. That's one aspect.
The other aspect is psychological. At work like that there have to be 100% discipline and readiness to wipe out humanity. Obviously if they smoke weed, discipline is absent at command level, and of course rasta people aren't murderers.
P.S. they don't spin this news here, it's just mentioned along with other news. we do not have 24 / 7 news channels here, all the world and local news is told in 15 minutes 5 times per day. If there is something breaking, they wait for news time to tell it.
